DECENCY
HEALTHCARE
- Medicare-For-All. Period.
- Vaccines are free for the world's children.
- Anti-vaxxers who profit from promoting lies will be held criminally and/or civilly responsible when unvaccinated children get sick in their state.
ANIMALS
- We will end factory farming and install laws that require humane treatment of animals.
- Family farms will be subsidized.
- Animal cruelty will carry a mandatory prison sentence.
- We will end lab testing of animals.
- Elon Musk will pay for what he did to those monkeys.
- Emphasis on supporting local animal shelters and free spay/neuter.
- Breeding requires a license.
- Ownership of aggressive dog breeds requires license.
- Private and for profit ownership of exotic animals will be outlawed.
- Exotic Zoos for profit are gone.
EDUCATION
- Student loan forgiveness.
- No public money for private schools.
- Less bureaucracy, more teachers.
- Resources will be distributed evenly.
- Pre-kindergarten childcare will be a part of public education.
- Linda McMahon will turn state's evidence.
ELECTIONS
- We will create an independent 4th pillar of government for Election Regulations.
- Districts must be no more than 25% wide as they are tall and vice versa.
- Voting will be compulsory.
- Election Day will be a National Holiday.
- Mail In Ballots will be allowed but more regulated.
- All ICE agents who show up to a polling station from '26 on will be criminally charged and held without bail.
IMMIGRATION
- Immigration policy will largely go back to normal.
- A path to citizenship for farmworkers will be established.
- Anyone working as an ally of America while putting themselves in danger with their native and hostile government qualifies for a path to citizenship.
- Borders will be secured in a safe and fair manner.
LABOR
- Federal minimum wage will be raised to $16 per hour.
- Mandatory maternal leave 16 weeks, paternity 6 weeks.
- Union leadership elections will be regulated.
- Union busting will be a criminal offense and enforced.
- 80% of labor related appointments and board positions will be filled by pro-labor advocates.
ENVIRONMENT
- Responsible green energy and fuel will be subsidized.
- Mandatory minimums on the MPG of gas cars.
- Access tax on oversized gas vehicles.
- Single use plastics will be largely eliminated.
- Corporations who create and/or use single use plastics will be fined per unit.
- National Parks are free to all.
- Subsidies for companies and organizations who are net positive for the environment.
PRISONS
- Private Prisons will be abolished.
- We will focus resources on services and rehabilitation.
- Decriminalize Drugs.
HOMELESS
- 85% of the money for homeless programs will be spent on housing.
- Government agencies and corporations with government contracts that hold empty housing will be taxed at 25% of the property value per year.
- We will house people without judgment.
- We will provide social, health, mental health and rehab services.
HOW DO WE PAY FOR ALL OF THIS???
- We will cap the military's share of discretionary spending at 20%.
- We will cap local tax expenditures for police at 15%.
- We will cap state tax expenditures for police at 5%.
- The trillions in assets that are confiscated from the oligarchs will be spent on social programs and paying down the national debt.
THERE ARE ENOUGH RESOURCES FOR ALL OF US TO LIVE WELL.
THEY TELL US IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO LIVE AS WELL AS THEY DO. THEY'RE LYING.
WE WILL LIVE HAPPY LIVES AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER.
